Dr. Lin and her staff are charming. Very pleasant and professional. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and I am pleased beyond words. Surgery was painless and quick. One and two months out, No glasses!
The staff are very professional as well as very kind patient and treat you very special. Dr Lin in very professional very patient very knowledgeable , thorough takes her time and makes you feel secure that you are I.n her hands. I am so happy with the entire office and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Terrible manners and very arrogant! She suggested that our family members should pay for the non covered medications for my dad, and refused to do prior authorization for covered ones! She sells unapproved medication-which did not work- to my dad after his corneal transplant. My dad has to go to UCI to redo the transplant and removed the lense which she said it could not be fixed!
Dr. Lin explained the procedures and answered all my questions, she gave me peace of mind and I felt I was in good hands. I worked for over 20 years as an RN and I have come to appreciate doctors who share every detail of information with me as a patient. I have had two surgeries with Dr. Lin and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend her to any one of my friends or family. The staff and technicians give me exceptional care and are friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Dr. Lin did an amazing job in the care & treatment for my eyes. I was partially blind for 4 days (left eye), narrow angles & cataracts. I had cataract surgery & new lenses on both eyes (separate surgeries). Dr. Lin did an amazing job as I now have near 20/20 vision in my right eye & after 30 years I can now read without prescription glasses. Office staff very nice. Dr. Lin very thorough. Billing is excessive. I went in for refraction exam and while two medical tests were performed. She billed for the refraction exam under my vision, but then also billed an additional $240 for an extra office visit on top of the charges for the tests. I find this to be excessive and as a result, I will not be returning as a customer. Very disappointed with the excessive charges!
I was referred to Dr. Lin by my primary care provider about a year now since my eyes kept becoming sensitive to light. She's great as a doctor and funny. I feel comfortable in her hands. My eyes are doing great!
I'm extremely happy with Dr. Lin and her staff. Friendly, pleasant, and caring. They're the best! Could not have asked for a more proffessional group of people............
