Kaleb Harvey of Brokers Guild Cherry Creek was unfortunately very difficult to work with. As the seller, he did not follow a code of ethics that most real estate agents do. He lacked integrity by not disclosing several things or following through on some agreements despite our best efforts to move forward throughout the closing process on one of his remodeled properties.
