This is what happens when you end a month to month lease with these people. Took more effort with the face on the door then they have with any of the issues I had at this rental property for 3 years. Very unprofessional reality team.

Don't use Monument Ridge!! They won't keep an eye on your property. I live behind one of the properties they "atempt" to manage. They have trees that are growing through my chain link fence and breaking it. Another huge tree with limbs over my back yard on my tenants side. We've already had a huge branch fall in that yard we had to clean up. I had to call them 3 times because they would not follow up with me and the last time the very rude man hung up on me saying the tree limbs were fine. This is a dangerous situation for m... read more
