Don't use Monument Ridge!! They won't keep an eye on your property. I live behind one of the properties they "atempt" to manage. They have trees that are growing through my chain link fence and breaking it. Another huge tree with limbs over my back yard on my tenants side. We've already had a huge branch fall in that yard we had to clean up.
