Actually return a phone call to someone who calls in with a major concern over a pet's negative reaction to a medication they prescribed. I really like Dr K but this last event has caused me to find a new place. I don't know if the doctor was not ever given the message or if her staff threw her under the bus by telling me that she had seen my message but decided to leave for the day without calling me back.
RecommendedI took my dog in for her first dental cleaning. I am an extremely nervous pet parent. And the staff completely put me at ease and made it so much less stressful.
