I came in with very clear, repeated requests, I needed a small, practical, fuel-efficient, and reliable vehicle something affordable both short- and long-term. I emphasized this multiple times. If you’re going to buy a used vehicle from them, I recommend having it looked at by a trusted mechanic before hand and/or have a safety done. I made the mistake by not taking it to a trusted mechanic to have it looked at, thinking it wasn’t necessary. I had bought my previous vehicle from them with no issues, so there was reassurance and trust when purchasing. 6 months later, I found myself having suspension issues, having to replace the struts.
