If you’re going to buy a used vehicle from them, I recommend having it looked at by a trusted mechanic before hand and/or have a safety done. I made the mistake by not taking it to a trusted mechanic to have it looked at, thinking it wasn’t necessary. I had bought my previous vehicle from them with no issues, so there was reassurance and trust when purchasing. 6 months later, I found myself having suspension issues, having to replace the struts.
Waited for 10 minutes in service department and no one ever came so left.
Dissapointed but finally got a response from the service department and received a free oil change to cover error on invoice
