DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME booking collision service appointment with this Vickar Autobody if you have older vehicle. They booked my appointment after 25 days and when I showed up there with car(2011 malibu), they denied to take the car saying we don't want to take this car as it has rust. That rust I have on car is just on top part where paint peeled off and only in few spots. Absolutely Excellent! Especially, Kevin at the Front Desk. I leased a 2025 Trax from Vickar Chev from Andrew and repairs with Vickar Autobody. I couldn’t be happier. 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you. I’ll be back!! On second thought, that means I have to get into an accident AGAIN! Congrats on exceeding my expectations in all areas. Especially communication.

So I have had the unfortunate luck of being in multiple accidents recently. Then I had to deal with MPI, I have lots to say about them, but I have had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely ladies at the front of Vickars. They have always been respectful and explained things clearly. Perhaps people should listen instead of saying untrue things when they don’t get their way.

Very rude staff, not willing to explain anything and are ready to fight you, lady who approached us seemed like she was in a bad mood to begin with and if you can’t do proper customer service then maybe don’t work in such a role, there is a proper etiquette that they all lack here and it’s sad to see that when someone wants assistance they have to deal with horrible people on the other end, no decency on their end to explain to us what happened and ended up confusing us even more, I would not recommend to anyone I know
