Dr Iragui was responsible for my brain surgery in 1988. He diagnosed my epilepsy several years earlier and followed my care until after surgery. i was on 120 mg of phenobarbital and 1400 mg of Tegritol. As of 1991 i am off all meds. seizure free and so thankful for him and the other doctors and students of UCSD that i will never stop shouting what a walking miracle I am because of everyone there.
