We built with Ryan homes and Viccarone was the HVAC company that installed and serviced our home. Our house was built in 2020 and we’ve had nothing but issues with our AC unit. We had the internal wires snapped by the fan because of faulty installation, the capacitor was damaged, the unit wasn’t installed level and we have low Freon levels. Every time we put in a service request and have someone come out to look at it, we get pushback and are told that nothing is wrong.
