We have been staying here for 5 years now… twice a year for 2 wks at a time… I think this gives you an idea of how great it is. Ted and Lauren are “ salt of the earth people “ .Everything is always clean and stocked in your room. The location is great… with an impeccable view!!!! I had a booking through Hotels.com for 2 nights with this place, and had to unfortunately cancel my booking. I phoned in before canceling and was told I could get a full refund since it was still far enough in advance. When I canceled the booking, I received an email saying the hotel had Rejected my request for a full refund. When I called them back, they just apologized and refused a full refund. I stayed here long enough to see how unfair some of the past complaints were. This isn’t a hotel—it’s a home, like most Airbnbs. You check yourself in (the instructions are clear), the room keys are inside, and yes, you enter through the garage. That’s totally normal for many Airbnbs. Some airbnbs use side doors and backyard as their entrance. Clean up after yourself, like at home. Ted and Lauren are absolute delight. They serve a warm delicious breakfast daily at 8:30. Yes the breakfast is the same every day but it's delicious and you don't have to cook it so why complain about it. Check in is through the garage at the back at the bottom of driveway but if you read the the policy you will know that before arrival also about the slippers. I have never stayed at a B&B, but I would definitely stay here again and again! In fact, I have extended my stay for another few months! The owners, Ted and Lauren are such beautiful souls and their hospitality is simply outstanding! They are so accommodating and dedicated to ensuring that their guests have a wonderful experience!
