I appreciate and trust Dr. Khanna and all that he does which I why I go back but waiting in the waiting room 45 minutes past my appointment time is unacceptable.

"Oh, that culture we needed to send in to find out what's wrong with you? Yea, we forgot. Oops!" Now I'm dealing with severe pain and I have NO idea what's wrong with me. Their solution? "We'll schedule you for another appointment! But no, we won't have anything available for the times you need."

The providers at Dermatology Specialists of Illinois are wonderful! My daughter (9) has had to go a couple times and has seen both the doctor and the PA and they were so good with her. The last visit my daughter was especially nervous, to the point of tears, and the PA calmly talked through everything with her, gave her choices, but used her words to guide my daughter into making the (correct) decision she was most frightened of....having that control made all the difference. Would definitely recommend them!

Staff was very friendly but we waited 25+ minutes after our scheduled appointment to see anyone. Very disappointed with the wait, and not being notified of a delay in services.
