Went all the way to there from texas because of the down payment was supose to be a certain price but when arrived there price was different
never answered the question about the trucks condition or would they take a trade in . not sure if you can trust someone who will not answer simple questions.
Good communication
Pricing seems great but when I asked for pictures of the vehicle, I was sent manufacturer pics, not pictures of the actual Van.
The salesman over sold the var on the phone, and I was very disappointed when I drove 1.5 hours to see the sad shape the car was in.
Dealership responsded quickly but the financing did not come through as the salesman had represented, so we dropped the prospective vehicle.

Poor. I understand used cars are just that, used. However, the lack of any history / knowledge of the vehicle other than CarFax was a let down. Cars are "claimed" as being inspected. Both Odyssey Van's I test drove at the dealership were obviously cleaned and washed and waxed ONLY! The interior features worked appropriately, however, it was plain to see a real mechanic never drove either of the vehicles and the dealership did not do market research to price the vehicles being sold.
