My van looks great, the alignment issue was fixed, and I was even blessed with a loaner car. But I have been frustrated by the fact that the microphone in my van is not working. 0 Star : My Experience I did not receive regular updates on the status of the vehicle. I was told it was complete on a Wednesday, would be sent to be detailed Thursday am and I could pick it up in the afternoon. I was traveling at the time so I stated that I would pick it up Friday morning as I didn’t want it to be rushed through the detail.
