My insurance only covered a part of my rental car and I had to pay close to $600 out of pocket for a car due to the fact you guys didn’t have any rentals and the time it took to fix. The body shop did nothing to make it right and it was not my fault that the employee fixing my truck was sick. That cost me more money. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Took 3 weeks more than quoted, day of pick up my truck had a foreign material stuck to the paint in multiple areas from front bumper to back bumper on driver side. My rear bumper was to be replaced but was missed on quote had to return to have fixed. They scratched my truck during repairs and had to return it for them to fix “ only corrected 80% of the damage”. 0 Star : My Experience There were a few different delays during the repair process. My only criticism would be that I had to iniatr contact to find out about delays. Steve was tremendous help in getting parts ordered and listening to ke vent my frustration. In the end Steve made it right and I have my truck back. Thank you to Steve for all the help.
