Dishonest company with horrible customer service and communication. Still dealing with the same issues a year later that I paid over $1000 to get fixed.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Your car was a fleet vehicle that has had major electrical add ons to it which causes corrosion and lots of problems later. That's why all add ons void factory warranty. The last time you said this we had found evidence that someone had been kicking the underneath of your dash where wiring and relays are located.
Family run scam shop. I am exceptionally good at communication. Called several times before I took my car there- explained my problem to multiple people there. Explained I did not want to fix a part if there were going to be other issues. They were informed several phone calls with Sheila and Marrissa and Vic's grand daughter. I agree with all the good comments here. Vic and his crew have worked on my Honda CR-V several times and always did a great job, at a very reasonable price. The next time I need service, I will be going back again.
