I went from being in so much pain I could hardly move my left arm, to being able to Dead Lift 102 lbs, 50lb Farmer’s Carry, 25lb Goblet Squat, and 25lb Upward Chops. Ability to sprint and dash up stairs also greatly improved. I can now get back to work as a lifeguard. The Vibrant Care Rehabilitation team in Fairfield got me there! A big, special shout out to Nikita Patel, PT, DPT for her expertise, encouragement and compassion.

I would not recommend going to this place if you need physical therapy its been over a year and im still dealing with the damage even after I had surgery to repair the damage caused by the physical therapist
