I’m so grateful for my time at Hayward Vibrant Care! Hillary and PJ are the absolute best, they always make me feel welcome and are ok with going a slower pace when I need. They taught me so many stretches and exorcizes that now, parts of my body feel better than they did before the accident that led me to taking sessions. Vibrant Care Hayward has helped me a lot to alleviate my back pain. Hillary and PJ have been great helping me since the beginning with my exercises. They take time to understand what I may need every time I visit as some days I feel more pain than others. Definitely recommend!
