After going to this location for the last 3 months I can say without doubt they are very good at what they do. While they push you, they support you and your needs for that session. Hilary and PJ both are wonderful therapists and the front desk staff, Genesis, is always pleasant and helpful!
During my recovery time at the Hayward CA vibrant care The staff is understanding, patient and supportive. Really appreciated their assistance in my knee recovery. I'm definitely recommend them. DavidR
I can't say enough good things about this rehab center. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported, respected, and truly cared for. The staff is compassionate and knowledgeable, they take the time to understand each person’s individual journey and tailor treatment accordingly. The PT’s (PJ and Hillary) are great to work with and the front desk staff (Fidel and Genesis) are friendly and helpful.
PJ is awesome. I will recommend her to anyone needing tlc and great workouts. She's very gentle and listens to my issues.
I'm giving the maximum allowed of five stars, I know you heard this before, but I've been to several physical therapy facilities in my lifetime, and Hayward Viberant care is by far the best! The staff as a group all give an equal amount of care, understanding, and needs. Viberant care has a jewel with team Hayward. Thank you!!
