Had an AMAZING experience at Vibrant textures. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. My hair color on my locs was perfection. I can tell they really know what they are doing in this place! Thanks for my amazing retwist I will definitely be back!!!!
Booked an appointment with Khaalida Paul and did not enjoy her work or services. My hair was still dirty after she washed it, she ripped through my hair, and had an attitude when I told her what I wanted/ didn’t want done with my hair. I do not recommend booking with Khaalida Paul if you want good service and a good outcome for your hair. Update: Do not book any services here. The owner, Regina, reached out to tell me to take down my review. This hair salon does not value their customers. Do not recommend at all.
