so over priced for non fresh food, and will I kid you not, take 40 min to make a damn smoothie bowl
I craved the avocado toast, which I had 3 or 4 times, but this time, a big disappointment. The bread was a non-descript thin slice of wheat bread that was so small that is was lost in the to go box. The person preparing the toast painfully spread the minuscule amount on avocado on the toast, trying to make the scant tablespoon of avocado reach the edges, then covered the whole thing with a slimy Italian type of dressing. Overpriced for mid food. Juices and shots are fine but other juice places in pgh have better like live fresh or clean juice. Smoothie bowls are also small for the price.
Working on Forbes avenue and found this juice bar/ little coffee shop. Wanted to get a wellness shot so I checked it out. They don't make fresh juice here, they get it from Pittsburgh juice company, which is cool but was kind of disappointing. Everything they have is in refrigerators pre-bottled. I went with two wellness shots, a turmeric one and a lemon ginger one. Said they were five bucks each on the refrigerator door. Also grabbed a 16 oz beet carrot, apple lemon ginger juice.
