Having spent years studying psychology, social work, and mental health treatment in school and in former jobs, I am so happy to have met Rachelle and her colleagues at Vibrant Life Therapy. Genuinely caring people. Naturally empathetic souls. Sincerely interested in hearing their clients and creating both short and long term plans for better mental and emotional health.
