My husband and I were both patients of Vibrant Health prior to their model changing to a membership based model. Since the change we love the new system, patient centric approach and largely the attentiveness we have been receiving. Our inquiries are often returned well within 24 hours, routine appointments available typically within a couple of weeks (if not less), also, for more urgent issues, appts available within 24 hours. I highly recommend this practice as providers of excellent, patient-centered primary care. Same day appointments are available, and the provider (most recently I've been cared for by Jen) spends time with and gets to know her patient. Jen truly listens and cares. They work as a team and lean on one another for expertise in different areas. I am so thankful I decided to continue as a patient in the new model of care.

Miranda is a thorough and thoughtful guide in everyday as well as complex health journeys. She works on a whole different plane using data, energy, and experience to create holistic pathways to healing. Smart, joyful, informed, accurate, and incredibly insightful and nuanced. This is what a truly collaborative health partner looks like. Miranda is a gift and this practice is second to none. A true paradigm shift in healthcare and health optimization.

I came to Vibrant with serious hormone-related issues and was assured I would be paired with a dedicated doctor who could manage my care. The initial consultation was promising, but since then I’ve been passed from provider to provider. I don't think I've seen the same person twice. During my most recent appointment—scheduled to review labs and discuss my care plan—Dr. Sanders hadn’t even reviewed my file and tried to compensate by repeating information I already knew. I’ve been seeing Michelle Sanders for the last few years. My experience with her has been only positive. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful of patient’s preferences. I have no complaints about the practice as a whole. They have same day appointments available for urgent issues and a patient portal for easier access to records and communication. Overall, would highly recommend.
