Had tow My minivan in and they were very kind. They had a lot of positivity and gave me some great deals. I double checked with other places and I found out that they were like 3 to $400 cheaper so they gave great service and I’m definitely coming back.
Excellent customer service. They called and described everything in detail after they looked further into my vehicle. Fare price and my vehicle was completed timely. They didn't try to UP SALE me either. Just did the work that was needed and informed me of items that might need to get attention in the future. No hard sale, just the facts. I have a 2016 Tacoma and they did outstanding!
The 4.8-star rating is well-deserved! My car died right at the corner of the auto shop, and in a stroke of incredible luck, the owner pulled up next to me. He was incredibly courteous, offering help before he even identified himself. He was so humble about it—he didn't approach me as a business owner looking for a customer, but just as someone who genuinely wanted to help. Amazing service! I needed an A/C system check and recharge so I stopped in this morning. The team there took care of me as if they owned the place. They just rolled with it and took care of me. I was in and out in an hour! I know that's not normal, but it's so awesome to experience that these days. They even pointed out a couple legitimate minor tweaks they made while I was in. I don't know where you find such good guys Fareed!!
