Nurses were amazing.
I would like to thank Dr. Ross for his excellent care of my 87 year old dad recently. I have never had any dr. be so real, take the time to explain what was happening with my dad and WHY. Dad's nurse Anne, was AMAZING. She is the most pleasant, funny, adorable person I have met in this industry. I would also like to thank Sandy, the PT and OT staff--thank you for providing such excellent care to and for my dad. You all do an incredible job and I thank you for all for the exceptional service. My grandmother recently spent 11 days here after falling just before Thanksgiving, resulting in compression fractures in her spine. Every occupational therapist, physical therapist, nurse and doctor (with a special thanks to Dr. Ross for his compassionate and excellent care, she says he's the best doctor she's had in all her 94 years!) went above and beyond to help her heal and learn new ways of taking good care of herself so she could go back to her apartment. You If you want to be treated like a piece of steak -- go to this hospital. The nurses do NOT provide compassionate care, do not take time to properly deal with patients, are understaffed and overworked. Doctor Johnny Shane Ross is arrogant, impatient, rude, reckless and irresponsible. Dr. Ross does not listen to or take his patients' complaints / concerns seriously.
