I was waiting to write a review and post my concerns until after my husband is discharged from Vibra. However at this point it needs to be stated that the care at Vibra is disappointing and needs a major cultural change. There are staff members that work hard, that are kind and do their best, yet overall there is a lack of professionalism, there is not consistent attendance to the care of patients. Rude nurses, no communication, my loved one lays in his bed for hours waiting on a nurse to answer the call button, is a very quiet, unassuming, patient man, and I have never seen him this upset in my entire life. My mother said she has never seen him upset in her entire life and he's older than both of us if that tells you anything. One day we came in and it was 5 PM and he hadn't eaten anything that day. My heart is filled with hope that my grandmother can be admitted to this hospital. She has been my rock and my caregiver since I was a child, stepping in after I lost both of my parents. She gave me everything when I had no one else, and now it’s my turn to help her. She requires professional care, therapy, and rehabilitation, but I feel so helpless because I lack the medical knowledge to provide what she truly needs.
