It took 17 hours to get fed here today. This place treats you like luggage. Do not let anyone you care about get stuck here. Nightmare!!

This place a nightmare! I would not recommend it to anyone. My senior citizen mother was admitted to Vibra for recuperation from COPD flare up. We were not allowed to speak to a doctor for 10 days but had to go through the case manager, Alisha, who was rude and spoke down to us. The PT,OT, and most of the Cna's and Nurses were great. Case manager was a little disappointing when dealing with my insurance company.

From the moment I arrived at Vibra, I knew I had made the right desicion for a rehab hospital! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, welcome, and part of a family! The facility is neat and clean at all times! No odor. I was very sad to have to leave Vibra, but knew they had done such a great job that it was time to be downgraded to another facility! I just want to thank everyone at Vibra for all the help and special care you gave to me! I can never thank everyone enough for changing my life!

Horrible experience with family member....nurses are young and clueless....doctors are rude...one nurse assigned to my family members care was not even aware of why she was there....she could have bled to death durning the night and they were clueless...only time things got done was when I made noise! Worse experience ever! I had her rushed to a nearby hospital due to neglect...I almost lost my sister thanks to the neglect of this hospital and their staff.

My mother spent 32 days in the ICU and was never, not once restrained. Not only has she been restrained for 3 entire days out of the 4 she's been there, but she also has bruises on her wrists. The nurses claim its because she attempted to pull her trache and feeding tube yet she has never once done so before. The staff is required by law to check said restraints every 20-30 minutes and the reports as well as the nurse stated she checks every few hours. My mom in-law just passed recently and she was in Vibra's care, which seemed great at first. But then I noticed that, when family was there, mom's care was left on us. I know that most of the staff, nurses, rns, case worker and drs really do care and do the best they can. But, with such a special job taking care of our loved ones, there should be No one who only wants to go half way, cash a check and not be found when one of us Needed a nurse for mom.
