KNOW ONE COMMUNICATES WITH ANYONE. AS A RESULT THE NIGHT SHIFT TORE MY WIFE'S SHOULDER ( MRI CONFIRMED). THE RESPITORY GROUP IS EXCELLENT AS WELL AS 1 NURSE AND 2 CNA'S. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS LACK OF COMPETION.

The nurses and nursing assistants were caring and attentive, but severely understaffed and stressed. The administrative staff and doctors was very often unavailable. Inexplicable tests were ordered without reason or explanation. The therapy staff were great but again, overworked. Some of their practices, like speech therapy, need to embrace diverse methods. Patients surely need an advocate/ family member to help out, because of the understaffing situation.

Very impressed with every interaction I had! I was transferred to Vibra and stayed for almost 2 weeks: I highly recommend getting well here if you it is possible. I truly feel honored for the experience and from the bottom of my soul to very top, thank everyone that was involved in my recovery!

My Mom was admitted on two different occasions to Vibra. I have to say that one of their employees really helped with Mom’s spirit. Nick Dowler came in with his smile and guitar and wanted to sing for her. At first, she wasn’t interested but she heard him across the hall and she liked what she heard. He came back one day and then they became friends. He sang her favorite church song, popular songs, country songs, Elivis songs and whatever she would come up with. New administration is making a difference in this facility. Staffing ratios are better, nursing is committed to patient excellence, and new patient focus initiatives are underway. What a difference our excellent staff are making!
