Julie does a great job on my hair she takes the time to listen to what I want and gives me advice when I ask for it . Also she can do layers short and long that is very important tome, as I have had very bad hair cuts just asking for layers
I have been following Julie everywhere she goes for going on 18 years now. She has always done a fabulous job with my hair, and takes the time and attention I need to do a superb job. I wouldn't continue to have her do my hair if she didn't.
I got a light perm and a cut with Julie at Vibe Studio today, and I really love the result. She was also kind and affirming, and I will definitely go back to her in the future. Highly recommend!
Julie's the only stylist/color specialist I'll see in Hagerstown! Her scheduling is convenient, prices are great and the service is impeccable.
