I’ve been living here since the community opened pretty much and I can proudly say this is the best place I’ve ever lived in hands down. The community is great the staff are awesome, quick response to everything. Best community in the Miramar area.
I thought living here would be a nice experience but the other residents don’t have any care about the maintenance of this place. There is dog poop every where and I have to watch where I’m walking when I take my dog out. In the hallways there are pee stains. I came across 4 today walking to the elevator. The elevator itself is disgusting. I’m about to have a baby soon and I don’t want to be pushing my stroller through pee. This is a brand new community and it’s already gross.
