I had my first appointment at Vibe today. The staff are amazing and attentive. They actually had all my online-submitted paperwork in order and got me in for screening quickly and effectively. Dr. Blackwelder spent ample time with me during the exam, explaining what her findings were, and she identified a potential issue my two previous ODs never did. Dr. Blackwelder caught a Retinal issue last year and sent me to a retinal specialist. This is the first time I’ve come back since then and she spent time with me explaining everything regarding my condition and helped me understand how I can look for future changes and how she can help as much as possible. Great customer care!

My first visit was quite the good experience. I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule and I had no difficulty checking in as a new patient. Dr. Blackwelder was very professional, yet approachable. She spent a significant amount of time explaining my options and helped me plan my next steps. Her staff members were kind and efficient.
