I would like to recognize Kori at Vibe Apartments for her exceptional service and professionalism. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents and clients feel welcomed, valued, and supported. Kori is always friendly, approachable, and responsive to any questions or concerns. Her positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and genuine care for others make a significant difference in the community. Vibe Apartments is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and hardworking as Kori on their team.
These guys have the worst exterior maintenance. For at least a year their irrigation system around the Fremont building has been completely broken, leaking full throttle at 6am from at least two spots. There is effectively no irrigation as all the water pools and runs down the gutter. Their maintenance crew has failed to do anything to fix this since at least Summer 2025.
Sofia is such an incredible property manager. She is very helpful, kind, and patient regarding anything residents may need!
