After being a long-term customer of Mister Tire, I went out of my way to support its replacement driving an hour each way to get there. What an utter disappointment!! Upon arriving 2.5 hours before the posted closing time, I was told that they were closing and not taking any more cars for the day. NEVER AGAIN!!!
They need an efficiency counselor or advisor. They are so incredibly slow. They seem to do one set of tires at a time. The old owner had guys working on both cars in the bay at once and I think they prided themselves on speed and customer service. I really miss Mr. Tire.
I bought 4 tires there and they put them on waited close to an hour like I was told . Tire price was fair I could have drove all over Berkshire County to probably save a few dollars but that wasn't worth it to me .Service was good and they were very nice
Over priced, took over an hour to get one tire and there was only one person ahead of me, who said, "she had been there forever." Then I had to have the shop next door put it on for me.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I called Vianor tire to inquire pricing about putting my TWO studded snow tires on the front of my vehicle and they said they don't do that, they suggest FOUR tires and they sell them. They will NOT out only two on anyone's car! They basically refused my business and I'm completely disgusted!! NO THANKS! Glad I didn't go sit in line for an hour! They will be going out of business quick!
