Had a flat tire from a rental car. Vianor fixed the flat for free and sent me on my way. Exellent customer service!
I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with the service. I bought tires in September and recently found out they were horrible in the snow. I thought what do I have to lose by calling and seeing if they can help me. Darren, the manager, went above and beyond to help me out. Stopped to have them look at my rear brakes and emergency break, they repaired and came in under quote! Excellent service!
Went to get my tires swapped costumer service was great to begin with. Was done quick. Was happy and pleased till I went to leave and was missing personal expensive stuff that was hidden. They took the time to go through my center all counsel and steal from me. Then when I return no one has any idea what happened to it and no one has it. Very mad and disappointed �
I bought 4 tires and not the cheapest ones, they were a mid priced tire. I have had issues with keeping the air in them. I have not ever had issues as much as I have with these. I would not go there again. I purchased from them because for years I always bought my tires from Montouri tires and never had issues, always great customer service and honesty. The new company does not and will never match up to the service or products Montouri for Tires provided.
