Called on Thursday to make an appointment for my daughter and I to get pedicures done the lady said be there at 9am today Saturday and they scheduled someone else. 1st time going there and last. Won't be back. What a great experience not!!!
I believe your the owner of Viaggio, so I thought I'd reach out to you directly. I'm terrible at admitting that I'm not pleased with a service face to face because I know how hard the ladies do work. My appointment was at 10:30. I waited at the counter/chair area for 11 minutes before being acknowledged that I was even there. The girl that asked if I had been helped went to find Erica after I said no. She was running late on a pedicure & would be right with me. It was 11:09 before I was asked to come back. I can honestly say that I have had a lot of different experiences with disappointment in respects to getting my hair done but this one 💙💙💙 Nikki, did an AMAZING job and has one of the best and Brightest personalities ever My hair looks Absolutely Amazing after Nikki's eye for detail and her desire to make Everyone that comes into her place of Business Beyond Happy THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Nikki for making sure that I didn't have another special day ruined by a bad salon visit 😊 🙂 ☺
