RecommendedI've opened 9 restaurants, and take global, cultural cuisines seriously. Italian is my personal favorite, so I rarely let other people make it for me. This was my third visit to Via Roma, and it continues to remain my favorite Hot Springs restaurant and a must stop for me every time I'm there. The staff is absolutely impeccable.
