I've opened 9 restaurants, and take global, cultural cuisines seriously. Italian is my personal favorite, so I rarely let other people make it for me. This was my third visit to Via Roma, and it continues to remain my favorite Hot Springs restaurant and a must stop for me every time I'm there. The staff is absolutely impeccable.

Decided to have dinner here after being on the road all day...traveling from New Orleans for a little mini vacation. I’m not usually a fan of Italian food...I can take it or leave it...but this was absolutely DELICIOUS !!!!! The wait staff were extremely attentive and professional...never leaving us unattended.
