The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious! Will definitely be making a return visit soon!!!
Outstanding, and I don't give many of those recommendations. George from Romania was a terrific server and the food was impeccable.
I've been fortunate enough to have dined all over the world, including Italy. This Via Roma in Hot Springs is on my top 10 list.

We had a party of 8 and dinner was delicious, awesome Italian sausage which is very hard to find in Hot Springs area!!
It is like you are in Europe with atmosphere, service, food quality and wine selection that is world class. Our favorite place to eat in Hot Springs, Arkansas!
