We are deeply disappointed with our experience with Via Health Fort Mill. My great-grandmother is under their hospice care, and while we absolutely love the nurses who currently visit, the company refuses to let us stay with our established care team. We even offered to adjust our care days to accommodate schedules, but they will not allow us to keep the same staff. Just not the best experience. Seemed short staffed . Waited 7 hours for a nurse to come out on a Saturday. The Chaplin was fantastic!!! I wish I could say the rest of the staff we dealt with was as good . Just overall not what I would have expected from Hospice.

VIA Hospice has the absolute beating the buisness nurses, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and leadership. They are outstanding in every single way. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my loved one’s final journey. I’ve recommended them to so many people and everyone has the same experience. If you need hospice needs I highly recommend the VIA team in fort mill! 10 stars!
