Just not the best experience. Seemed short staffed . Waited 7 hours for a nurse to come out on a Saturday. The Chaplin was fantastic!!! I wish I could say the rest of the staff we dealt with was as good . Just overall not what I would have expected from Hospice.
VIA Hospice has the absolute beating the buisness nurses, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and leadership. They are outstanding in every single way. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my loved one’s final journey. I’ve recommended them to so many people and everyone has the same experience. If you need hospice needs I highly recommend the VIA team in fort mill! 10 stars!
