I absolutely loved my provider and nurse. but the person who checked me in had an attitude from start to finish. Definitely not what I wanted when I had an injury. I walked up and let her know someone left their tumbler, she said “yeah. Date of birth” then asked me multiple times if my insurance was still active. Then later on I got an xray, the technician told me to go check back in and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her by doing so. I still gave 5 starts simply because of the nurse and provider
Fast service
Being from out of town and needing care for a child was scary. I went to another medical care and they denied helping him. I came her and EVERYONE was super nice from the front desk to the doctor. It was a great experience that I will share with anyone. This was our first time here at the immediate care and they got him right in accepted his insurance and he was on and out. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Ascension Via Christi Immediate Care staff! You were wonderful and caring and I would refer anyone to your group.
