My insurance changed and this was a provider that was covered 100%. I spoke with three different representatives and told each of them I needed all of my supplies replenished, however. Apparently, no one makes notes on your account Because “Lindsay“ said there were no notes on my account and when I became frustrated, she became argumentative. Customer service is horrible. At least the other reps had some customer service skills. Not Lindsay.
Every person is so kind when I visit. The receptionist saw me and even triggered the door for me which was amazing. Recently they called because my trusty blue oxygen concentrator was due for new filters and air quality testing. That gentleman was nice and professional and quickly accomplished his task. Then he asked me about the mesh cable covers I use to cover my oxygen hoses to prevent my cats from biting them.
