Courteous and professional reception staff and friendly and professional medical staff.
Bradley Newell (Pharm.D) is very knowledgeable about managing Diabetes and helping with a plan for improvement.
I took my mother to an appointment and while waiting I asked the receptionist if I could have my pre-op lab drawn at their facility. My surgeon’s office recommended this facility since it was closest to me and informed me the lab order is sent internally so any location is able to accommodate. By the facial reaction and tone of the receptionists short responses apparently I was the densest person in the world.
