I fell off my bike and it was not rideable. Thank goodness I was a 10 minute walk from Via Bicycle! Scott made sure I was okay, gave me a bottle of water, and fixed my bike right away. It was so helpful and very, very efficient. Quick, easy, and affordable! Really turned my day around. Thank you, Scott!
Excellent service, they even let us try the bike to make sure everything was okay. Great service, I really enjoyed it.
Very friendly and knowledgable here. I went for a tune-up, which has cost me ~$100 elsewhere previously. He stated there wasn't much my bike needed. He quickly made a few adjustments and my few concerns with the bike were remedied. He only charged me a few dollars, and I was on my way in under 15 min. He offered friendly conversation throughout the encounter.

We had a full storage unit of around 30 vintage bikes, parts and tools after storing them for over ten years. We live at the Jersey shore and Curtis drove in from Philadelphia and bought the whole lot! He was friendly, funny and a pleasure to work with. He helped us immensely and we can’t wait to visit his shop.
