Took months to get the glasses with no updates
Completely unprofessional. Look else where. It took nearly 2 months for me to get my glasses. After calling and calling with no information. They canceled my children’s appointment the week before the date after waiting for more than 3 months. Recently finding out that they are the same one who work in the allentown office. Where there I had the same issues. They are never held accountable for their actions which is why they keep on getting away with everything.
