I just called to inquire about PT. Receptionist said I called the wrong number and when I inquired what is Physical Medicine and Rehab she replied "this is where they adjust your wheel chair and limbs." Terrible.
I have a family member here now. I am not happy with the way some (not all) of the nurses and techs talk to us or to my family member. Sometimes rude, often just dismissive and unhelpful. I don’t think they are happy with their jobs and take it out on the patients by being aloof and acting like they are bothered with every request. One made my family member cry due to their bad attitude about helping with a trip to the bathroom. Perhaps this is not a good place to work! Rehab team itself is great though.
Super weird and borderline unprofessional behaviour from the service provider. Attempted to schedule a postpartum pelvic floor appointment with Kelly Hydoski in April 2024. the earliest she see me was in May. I said that’s fine- heard she was good so I booked it. I got a call in May a few days before my appointment saying that the provider had to cancel my appointment and reschedule. I was annoyed but patient and said that’s fine let’s reschedule. My review is above Dr. Davis Daniel, I’d give hime zero star if i could. First time I saw him in August 2022, he was very friendly he has been always very friendly. But apparently he does NOT care about his patients. He sent me to get an MRI after having 9 months after having a discectomy (December 2021). After seeing my MRI results, he sent me to PT and prescribed some pain relief medications. I followed his instructions and saw him twice within six months.
