An awesome place to be taken care of!
At the VHC Outpatient Pavilion, I'm always greeted by friendly, extremely helpful staff. They assist with check-in, help with directions and give assurance. All the staff in the lab and radiology departments are professional and kind just when you need it!
Very clean new building. Staff is generally nice, friendly and competent. Only downside is the 7$ for parking, they should give you at least 45min to enter and leave. Besides that all good so far.
I came for bloodwork and it was such a surprisingly pleasant experience. The lab is conveniently located on the first floor. From self check in at the kiosk to my name being called, I waited no longer than 7-8 minutes. Shanita took care of me and she was so friendly, gentle, and kind! I appreciated that I was in and out in less than 15 minutes so I did not have to pay for parking (free under 30 minutes). I do wish parking did not cost $7 since I would hope this would be absorbed in the cost of health services.
