I wish I could rate parts of this pavilion individually. I’d give the lab five stars. The lab in the outpatient pavilion is absolutely phenomenal. Especially the phlebotomist who drew my blood. My veins roll and if I go to other labs, I often have to get stuck numerous times and they fish for my veins. It’s awful. The phlebotomist here got it first try AND I didn’t feel anything. I go here regularly for labs. I see Raila every time now if I can because she is so warm and kind and comforting. I can be a big baby about needles, but now I hardly even notice. All the staff there are very nice and I never wait to be seen. They take me on time every time. The only problem with VHC is that you have to pay for parking. But because they are so prompt, I’m often in and out In under half an hour and don’t have to pay.

At the lab, our phlebotomists Avion and Sarita made my 4 yr old’s blood draw such an amazing experience. They were so kind, made him feel comfortable and assured him they knew he was brave. Most importantly they did it so quickly he stopped fussing almost immediately. I’m only coming here from now on.
