Called to say I went to the wrong building. Got there 8 minutes late and had to reschedule my appointment I made 3 months ago. The person who “helped me” at the front desk didn’t even offer to reschedule. I continue to be baffled by people‘s complete and utter lack of empathy for other human beings and this practice is no exception.
Saw Dr Perrin for a cardiac checkup - he was super nice and caring. He was compassionate to my worries and helped me to understand what I had been going through since my heart attack and that I was on the right track. A wonderful wonderful person!!
De. Lucks is the most pleasant doctor I have. So knowledgeable but also kind and careful to explain things very well.
