I had an absolutely terrible experience with VHAutos. I scheduled a meeting to purchase a front grill, and for 3 days straight they canceled on the time frames they themselves set. When we finally confirmed a time, I drove an hour out of my way only to arrive and find that they had blocked me and removed the listing altogether. Not good ordered headlights for my sierra and the housing has no way to remove the bulb so incase your bulbs fail your just screwed. The harness that they came with everything is too short. Comes with no instructions so im not sure were to plug in one of the wires to the fusebox. The resistors mounting holes are way too small to fit any self tapper so mounting is really annoying. One of the other wires that plugs into the other headlight simply slid out of the connector so just shows how cheap and shitty everything is.
They just resell the same Chinese garbage that's on Ebay, my lights didn't last a month, and they didn't stand by their warranty.
BUYER BEWARE I purchased the sequential fog lights for my 03 Silverado and immediately started having issues with them. I’ve reached out 10+ times through their number. I’ve also emailed them and reached out to them on their socials and I still haven’t heard anything back. Going on 3 months with no answer on anything. It’s very frustrating paying for something that doesn’t work and you can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to about the issue. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I had purchased headlights from them and they started leaking so they sent me out new ones then the lights burnt out of them so I asked to order new ones and they didn’t reply for three months and finally sent me the invoice for the lights after 3 months so I got the lights finally and they are the wrong ones and I found the Amazon link that he got them from and sent it all to him asking for the correct lights to be sent to me through 3 types of messaging and no answer the customer service is poor and the lights are junk
