It was nice at first, and then she got an assistant and it looked like a new personality as well (or work ethics). She treated areas for me that I did not ask, charging me more without any prior discussion. But the worst thing is that it did not work. It created dark spots in areas that were fine before (still present after 5 months), and the previous Vera would have me come in for literally a minute to work on areas that might develop into a dark pigment. I called several times because I was so nervous and I got burnt the last time I had laser by another place but this place was so patient and answered every question and made me feel so comfortable! Not to mention I am very pleased with my results with all my laser treatments!! Highly recommend!
Vera is amazing. I’m very happy with the experience and the results. I wish I would’ve done it sooner :) highly recommend her and her services. She is very nice and the studio is always very clean.
