The lady that picked up the phone was obnoxious and rude. I am a very patient person, but her behavior towards a customer who paid thousands to this company is absolutely unacceptable. She act like she can boss people around. She is like the gate keeper, so you really are at her mercy when an issue comes up. If I had a choice, I won't choose this company. I was told that if I wanted my order to arrive the next day, I’d have to pay a fee of $50, I believe it was. For two days later, I think it was $25, and for three days later, I think it was $15. For delivery 4 days later, there was no extra charge. I decided on a 4 day delivery, as I didn’t need my meds for another 4 days. I ended up getting the meds the next day…so I got them in one day for free, but if I had said I needed them in one day, I would have had to pay. I would avoid using this pharmacy at all costs if you can. They lack compassion and critical thinking skills. They claimed to not receive the correct order from my doctor after they sent me incorrect medication. I also asked them to send me an order confirmation prior to shipping and they refused stating I would only get a tracking number once shipped. They did not correct the mistake timely or compassionately. Seems like they only care about pushing meds out quickly so they can get paid.

I'm consistently frustrated by the long hold times at this pharmacy. I've called multiple times recently to get receipts for my medication and, despite my repeated efforts, I still haven't received them. This is a significant issue that needs to be addressed. Manager Brandie promised to get me the receipt on time and she never did.
