Pros: They are very professional and go above and beyond to help employees prosper in their career. They have good repo with their clients and respected in the industry. I have been working with VForce InfoTech Inc. for more than 5 years. VForce is really a great company to work with. VForce has nice management team, which will help you out almost all the work as well as visa related stuff. The company maintains good relationship with all the clients which it supports. I have been with V Force from past 9 years. V force is a very Good place to Work. Staffs are Very professional and very diverse in work style and preparations, with some talented ones. After working for almost 5 years with V force, i could say that it was an amazing journey for me. I came to US with a bachelor degree in engineering and with a hope to become successful. I worked with VForce for over 3 years and in those years they were always there to guide me in achieving my career goals, encouraging and believing in my abilities as an IT Professional. On a social level, they made sure everyone was in sync communicating through newsletter, events, always remembering and celebrating employees birthdays and taking the time to congratulate employees on any achievement.
