Inquired about a high end vehicle and asked for a carfax report and VIN which they refused to send. They stated that it goes against their privacy policy. Only after I told them that this was highly unusual. Something about protecting from thieves stealing VIN numbers. They would only release this information if you are the Buyer. Very snooty and then told me they didn’t like my language so they wouldn’t be interested in doing business with me. Canadian arrogance at its finest.
