Worst customer service from a company ever. Didn't keep up with their word and get ghosted by project manager and my issues aren't dealt with the best intentions for a customer. Would not recommend to anyone
I contacted Vezina Industries after finding them on Google while searching for insulation companies in my area. With over 500 positive reviews, I felt confident scheduling an appointment for an insulation quote. The answering service scheduled me for the next day. However, when Diana called to confirm the appointment, she asked if I was the homeowner and whether my husband was also on the title. Poor window warranty service - we had this company Vezina Industries replace all of our windows a couple years ago. They claimed our windows are now warrantied for ten years even through accidentally breakage. Well we had such an accident occur and when I called Troy in service warranty debt, I was given the run around and claimed their warranty only protect the windows while the installation is occurring. I would not use this company again.
