We would like to thank Jose and his team on doing a fantastic job on our new windows and sliding door. It made our house look great. They were very efficient, very clean and works great as a team.

Installation went great in October 2023 of my brand new HVAC unit. Friendly interactions throughout installation. Six months passed and I called to get a service done on my unit because the HVAC wasn’t working properly. I was told to contact the Technician who installed the unit. I reached out to the Technician and was told he wouldn’t be able to come until two weeks later. All during the summer my HVAC unit wasn’t functioning properly. Now my unit isn’t working at all. Tried calling and the phone keeps ringing.
We caught them on a bait and switch. I do not trust them. Buyer beware
After having windows and new a/c unit installed I have been ghosted by this company. My ac unit is malfunctioning and currently under warranty and Vezina will not get back to me as promised to have a technician come and fix the unit. When they do answer they will simply say “ I will get back to you today”. And after waiting for days still no response.
