Avoid this company. We purchased a part from them in December worth around $3,000 and paid in full. After payment, they checked and realised they had supplied the wrong item and confirmed it would not work for our machine. They agreed to issue a refund, but as of March we have still not received it. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Do not two businesses with this company. Two seperate transactions i have had with them both totaling around $5000 dollars. The first turbocharger was not even the right part and we proved it was not right and they still wouldn't refund us but allowed us to use it as in house credit. We then inquired about a front housing that we did not five permission to run our card on and they just ran the card and shipped the part. Now they want tp charge us a restocking fee.
