We hired 305 Patio for a new aluminum pergola and outdoor kitchen. All of their invoices and payment requests were in the name of Vexden LLC. Julio Hincapie, the owner did a terrible job with our pergola. There were a number of delays, they only showed up 1 day per week on average and a job which he said would take no more than 4 weeks took almost 3 months to complete. After completion, the pergola roof was leaking and none of the electrical outlets were rated outdoor nor did they contain GFI's. We had to hire an electrician... read more
